Overview

Each advanced training module should be overseen by at least two officers ranked Sergeant or above. Their responsibilities include developing the curriculum and serving as points of escalation and guidance. They should appoint multiple training officers, ranked Corporal or higher, to ensure adequate coverage for teaching and assessing candidates for the advanced training certification. Command-level officers and above may grant special permission on a case-by-case basis for an uncertified officer to use specific equipment if the situation warrants it.
