Welcome

Congratulations on joining the LSPD. You will begin your journey as a cadet, during this time you will need to be accompanied by anyone of officer of above or preferable a Field Training Officer. During this time, we expect you to embrace the role of a law enforcement officer. All officers should carry out their duties to the best of their abilities, remaining professional. New recruits should join in on our regular classroom sessions and training exercises. Remember that you should enjoy the journey with your PD career and take in the experiences. All officers are held accountable to the SOPs and can be disciplined or terminated for failing to adhere to these.

Chief of the LSPD

The Chief of the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) takes on the pivotal role of orchestrating law enforcement activities. They lead police operations, supervise fellow officers to ensure adherence to SOPs and oversee recruitment and training initiatives. Engaging with the community, the Chief addresses concerns, gathers feedback, and fosters positive interactions between law enforcement and civilians. Handling conflicts and strategizing to combat crime, the Chief ensures an immersive and balanced experience while maintaining order. John Mackay is an accomplished law enforcement professional with a robust background in ensuring public safety and reducing crime rates. With years of experience, he has demonstrated a proactive approach to crime prevention and has effectively carried out visible deterrent measures within the community.
