Plate Scanner & Pursuit Mode – SOP

Plate Scanner Procedures

All officers must ensure their plate scanner is properly bound in FiveM keybinds and actively used while on patrol.

  • Your radar must be activated for the plate scanner to function.

  • The scanner has independent front and rear plate readers.

  • When a plate is scanned, a record is automatically created in the MDT/dashboard.

  • There is no requirement to 311 after running a plate scan, as the information is now automatically written into dispatch.
