UTL - Unable to Locate
10-13A is when an officer has went down and there is still an active threat. To call a 10-13A when down you use your F1 radial and select 10-13A. Officers should approach with caution, coordinated with weapons drawn.
10-13B is when an officer incapacitates themselves by accident and there is no immediate threat, to call a 10-13B you will use your F1 radial when down and Select 10-13B.
10-77 is when an officer is in need of Assistance but its not urgent.
10-78 is when an officer is in need of urgent assistance, you can call this over the radio but if you are on a different channel you can also use /311 or hit your panic button.
