Usage of 911/911E/311

911 is to be used to report a crime or emergency.

911e is used when a person is incapacitated. These calls go through to ems who will

311 is a way for officers to communicate with each other while active situations are on the main radio.

- /311 <callsign> 10-41 10-8

- /311 <callsign> requires 77s on channel <number>
