This is one of the tools we have to ensure that we have all the information at hand to help us do our job, its important to update your 10 availability code so other officers know of your status. We Use Channels 1 - 6, Channel 1 is our default channel. Channel 4 is reserved from processing suspect. We use 91.1/2/3/4/5/ 6 as training radios(these are non encrypted). EMS Use Channels 7 - 10 and Channel 10 is their default channel.
Open Radio and click in the set frequency box, Press the right Arrow button ->. This can also be done from command using /radioname or the other built in commands that make up the template. Set the name to Surname [Vehicle] 10-x If you are Solo or the driver. Set the name to [Partner callsign] Surname [Vehicle] 10-x if you are a passenger.
E.g.
Without Partner: Mackay [CRU] 10-8
With Partner and 301 is pilot: [301] Mackay [A1] 10-8
Your callsign is automatically pulled through from the MDT.
Vehicle list for use in radio, this should ensure we are more uniform and the list will be hopefully more readable.
/rlist can be used to hide the radio list from view
