Threat Levels
Moderate - routine duty and as usual and make sure you are always aware of your surroundings. The default level we would enter after every tsunami! Behaviour when moderate threat level the level we would normalise to after each tsunami and we would evaluate on shift and be reactive to use during that shift.
Weapons:
Glock in holster
Class 2 pdw in locker
Class 2 shotgun in locker
Class 3 rifle in locker
Substantial - additional and sustainable substantial threat. Protective security measures reflecting the broad nature of the threat. We would enter this level for duration of shift and we would use the measures layed out below and will be deescalated on start of tsunami behaviour when substantial threat level
First reactive level after use of class 2 or above where leos would have class 2 on show and body armour would have to be used. Leos should also pair up if possible

Class 3 in lockbox
Critical - maximum protective security. Critical measures to meet specific threats and to minimise vulnerability and risk. We would enter this level for duration of shift and we would use the measure layed out below and will be deescalated on start of tsunami behaviour when
Critical threat level
The highest reactive level where leos would be expected to wear more protective uniform and would ride in double units where possible to provide safety in numbers when class 3 weapons have been used.
Weapons:
Glock in holster
Class 2 shotgun in locker/lockbox
Class 2 pdw and class 3 rifle on back
In this alert level s.w.a.t should be utilised where possible for any breaches.
